The collaboration between KiTa nano GmbH and aidoo has intensified in recent years. For the past seven years, aidoo controllit ag has been conducting limited audits for KiTa nano GmbH. Following the departure of the previous fiduciary, Vanessa and Stefanie from KiTa nano GmbH sought a new solution for various internal processes. As part of this transition, they also planned to digitize administrative processes in the near future. Consequently, aidoo ag was entrusted with all fiduciary duties nearly three years ago, and various internal processes have since been digitized.

 

In what specific ways does aidoo support you, and what does your collaboration look like?
“We have outsourced our entire financial accounting, payroll accounting, and payroll administration. In addition, we have been managing our employees’ time tracking entirely digitally for the past two years. For this, we use AbaClock, a modern time clock from Abacus, for local time tracking, which is fully integrated into payroll accounting and administration. This has significantly reduced our internal administrative workload.”

 

Were there any special events or milestones in your collaboration?
“The truly major milestone was the introduction of time tracking in 2024. Since then, our employees have been able to digitally record their working hours on-site using AbaClock. In addition, employees can view their current recorded hours and absences, request vacation time, and record sick days, for example, either via the AbaClock app or through an online portal. The management team can also view the data from anywhere, which has significantly simplified our processes and made them more transparent. In particular, we no longer have to manually calculate employees’ overtime balances every month.”

 

What other projects are in the works?
“We are currently evaluating AbaPlan for workforce scheduling. Our goal is to make our employee scheduling even more efficient and transparent and to further digitize our processes.”

“Reliability, quick responses, and personalized support are key for us. We really appreciate having a knowledgeable point of contact for various questions regarding taxes, financial accounting, payroll, and labor law.”
