After 30 years of building up and managing the company, Hugo Lambrigger is transferring overall responsibility and the shares he holds to his two business partners Marcel Ehrler and Ivo Herger. Hugo Lambrigger will continue to be available to you and will proceed as a client relationship manager.

The vision and mission “Looking ahead. Achieving goals” formed the starting point of our succession strategy. Such a strategy made a significant contribution to achieve an optimal solution. Among others our milestones of our transition were as follows:

• the early search for suitable successors
• the formation and expansion of our team of specialists and experts
• the development of a broad-based network
• the knowledge of the market and the expansion of our clients
• the consistent pursuit of internal digitization
• a new market presence and the renaming of our companies

 

Ultimately, however, open and transparent communication combined with mutual respect were key factors in the success story of the transition.

Following the completion of the transition, Matthias Christen, certified public accountant, was elected as a new member of the management of aidoo ag and aidoo controllit ag. He will support Marcel Ehrler and Ivo Herger in the operational management of the aidoo companies.
