New social insurance benefits and contributions from 1.1.2025

2025 will also bring some changes in terms of social insurance: AHV pensions will be increased by 2.9% due to the general price trend. In order to cover the resulting higher costs, the marginal contributions for occupational pensions will also be increased. For example, people who make payments into pillar 3a as employees can pay in an amount up to and including CHF 7'258.
