In section 5 you will find information on the data that we process within the scope of this privacy policy.
"Processing" refers to any handling of personal data, in particular obtaining, storing, using, disclosing and deleting.
Our data processing may affect the following persons in particular ("data subjects"):
The data we process about you depends on your relationship with us. Depending on the occasion and purpose, we process different data from different sources. We primarily collect this data directly from you, e.g. when you place an order for our services or when you communicate with us.
We process personal data exclusively for the fulfillment of the contract and comply with the legal requirements.
We primarily process the categories of data described below, although this list is not exhaustive.
is conclusive. If data changes over time (e.g. in the event of a change of address or another change), we can retain the previous status as well as the current status.

In the case of customers and other contractual partners who are companies, we process data about our contact persons, e.g. name and address, details of titles, function in the company, qualifications and, if applicable, details of superiors and employees.
Tax data
We prepare tax returns for private individuals, sole proprietorships and legal entities.
We receive the information required for this exclusively from you.
Financial accounting data
Our services also include financial accounting. For this purpose, we process data about your debtors and creditors, any employees and governing bodies.
We receive the information required for this from you, your suppliers and service providers, etc.
Payroll accounting data
We also carry out payroll accounting for our customers. For this purpose, we process data about employees, which may also include data that provides information about social security processes or any administrative sanctions or social assistance measures.
We receive the information for processing your employees' payroll accounting exclusively from you and the relevant authorities.
Data for mailings and information newsletters

Data for the organization and implementation of events
General contact and basic data and information about participants are processed for the organization and implementation of events. Images or videos may be shared. We need the image material for internal documentation of the event, for embedding in a blog post or on our social media channels, for creating reports and, if necessary, to inform our members about the event. We conduct audio and video conferences, webinars and virtual meetings in order to communicate with our customers and other persons. In doing so, we use services that guarantee an appropriate level of data protection.

We also collect data from you in other situations that we cannot describe exhaustively in this privacy policy.

The data that we process in accordance with this privacy policy relates not only to our clients, but also in some cases to third parties (payroll accounting, tax returns for married couples and persons with children, etc.). If you transmit data about third parties to us, we assume that you are authorized to do so, that this data is correct and that you have informed the relevant persons. By transmitting data about third parties, you confirm this.

Furthermore, the following institutions may obtain knowledge of your data:
Authorities
Data is passed on to authorities where necessary to fulfill the order.
Service providers
We mainly work with service providers in Switzerland in order to provide our services. These services relate, for example, to IT services and marketing services.
We provide service providers with the data required for their services and ensure through our contractual agreements and appropriate instructions that data protection is also complied with by the service providers during the entire processing period.
As explained in section 6, it is not only we who process your personal data, but also our service providers where applicable. Due to the use of the latest technologies (e.g. cloud solution), it cannot be ruled out that your data may be transferred abroad - including outside the EU or EEA.
The relevant countries may not have laws that protect your personal data to the same extent as in Switzerland or in the EU or EEA (e.g. USA). We therefore take contractual precautions (or oblige our service providers to do so) to contractually compensate for the weaker legal protection. To this end, we generally use the standard contractual clauses issued or recognized by the European Commission and the Swiss Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) (further information and a copy of these clauses can be found at Standard contractual clauses for controllers and processors in the EU/EEA (europa.eu).
The statutory retention period for our documents is generally ten years. In certain cases prescribed by law, even longer (e.g. tax documents, documents relating to real estate).
In connection with our data processing, you have the right
Please note that certain conditions must be met in order to exercise these rights and that exceptions or restrictions may apply (e.g. to protect third parties or business secrets). We will inform you accordingly if necessary.
If you wish to exercise your rights against us, please contact us in writing (see section 2).
This privacy policy can be adapted at any time. We would inform you about this.
