For Annika, boredom is a foreign concept in her day-to-day work, because the HR field is far too exciting and varied. Thanks to her many years of experience in human resources and international payroll, as well as her in-depth expertise in labor and social security law, she never runs out of tailored ideas and solutions for our clients. She combines competence with precision, reliability, and a healthy dose of creativity.
Annika particularly enjoys tackling complex issues that involve bringing together different perspectives and developing solutions that are sound from both a legal and practical standpoint. For example, as part of her thesis, she conducted an in-depth study of cross-border employment relationships, thereby deepening her understanding of the legal and practical challenges of an international work environment.
When Annika isn’t busy finding the right solution for our clients, she’s drawn to the outdoors. Whether she’s hiking in the mountains with her dog or exploring new places in her converted van—new destinations, exciting encounters, and nature give Annika energy and inspire her time and time again.
