Annika is never bored at work - the HR area is far too diverse. While she takes care of payroll runs, solves tricky issues in employment law or sets up new HR processes, Annika is already working on the next leadership training course for our clients. Thanks to her many years of experience as an HR manager and member of the management board of an SME, she never runs out of tailor-made ideas and solutions. With HS-Soft at her fingertips, Annika deepens her knowledge of bexio and Abacus, regularly attends training courses and keeps up to date with the latest trends.

When Annika is not in her garden or exploring the forest with her dog, she is exploring the Swiss mountains in her converted bus.
